Terms and Conditions for Website Packages

Welcome to ViRei Studio’s website https://www.vireistudio.com (the "Site"). By accessing and using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services. By purchasing any of our website packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Package Details
Each website package offered by ViRei Studio includes specific features as described at the time of purchase. Additional features or services requested outside the scope of the chosen package will incur additional charges.
2. Acceptance and Deposit
Clients accept the terms of service upon making the initial deposit. This deposit constitutes a legally binding agreement between ViRei Studio and the client.
3. Payment
• The initial deposit is required to begin work on the project.
• The final balance must be paid no later than two weeks after the initial deposit.
• The final website publication will only occur after the full balance has been received.
• All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
4. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must provide all required content, including text, images, videos, food plate images (for restaurant packages), booking details, and itineraries, within two weeks of the initial deposit.
• Delays in submitting content may result in delays in project completion.
5. e-Commerce Services
For packages including eCommerce functionality, up to 20 products are included. Adding additional products will require an extra fee.
6. Hosting, domain and business emails
• Hosting, domain, and business email services are determined by third-party providers and are subject to change without notice.
• Clients are responsible for any changes in hosting, domain, or email pricing during their service period.
• Hosting, domain, and business email services are renewable every one or two years depending on the plan purchased.
7. Subscription Plans
• Subscription-based services must be paid in advance for the selected duration (e.g., monthly or yearly).
• Hosting and domain services are offered by a third-party company and are renewable every two years.
• Plan cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement, and refunds are not provided for unused portions of the plan.
8. Revisions
Each package includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the package details. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur extra fees.
9. Ownership
Once the final balance is paid, the client owns the completed website. ViRei Studio retains the right to use the website design for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
10. Liability
ViRei Studio is not responsible for:
• Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content on time.
• Hosting or domain issues managed by third-party providers.
• Errors or issues resulting from client-modified content post-delivery.
11. Termination
ViRei Studio reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to meet payment deadlines or provide required materials within the agreed timeline. In such cases, all payments made will be retained by ViRei Studio. No returns or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Rico.
